B+P &  CLERKENWELL: Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotor: The promotor is Buster + Punch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08297110 with its registered office at Sand Marti House Bittern Way Peterborough PE2 8TY.
  2. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Buster and Punch, their immediate families, agents or third party professional connected with this promotion.
  3. How to Enter:  To enter, participants must complete the newsletter sign-up at https://busterandpunch.com/sign-up/ during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.  No purchase is necessary.
  4. Promotion Period: The competition opens 9 a.m. on May 20th, 2025, and closes at 11:59 p.m. on May 22nd, 2025.  Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  5. The Prize: One winner will receive a £1,000 Buster+Punch gift voucher, redeemable online at www.busterandpunch.com.  The voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all entries by the 30th May 2025. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided during entry.  If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the promotor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Prize Redemption: The £1,000 voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of issue. It can be used on multiple transactions up to the total value and is valid for use on all full-priced Buster+Punch products available via the website.
  8. Data Protection: By entering the competition, participants agree to receive Buster+Punch marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  9. General: The promotor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary. The promotors decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering into this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to these terms and conditions.
  10. Governing Law:  These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
