how can i make a return?
for a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.
if you wish to return an item please fill out our online form above or email returns@busterandpunch.com including the following information:
- name
- order number
- product code/description
- quantity of the items you wish to return
- reason for return request
how long do i have to make a return?
our returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to a refund for an item bought online or in store with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 30 days of purchase. this does not affect your statutory rights.
how long does it take to process my return?
please allow for 7-10 working days for your return to be fully processed from receipt by our warehouse.

how do i track my return?
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if arranged via our service.
if you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.
