Product Compliance Specialist

The Role

The Compliance Specialist provides support to the Commercial Compliance Manager in conducting research and analysis of regulatory requirements in target markets by identifying relevant standards, labelling requirements, testing protocols and registration procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying the necessary testing and certification processes for accessing different markets at a global scale. This may involve working with accredited laboratories and certification bodies
• Maintain awareness of compliance regulations within emerging markets and existing markets
• Support the Commercial Compliance Manager to compile the business requirements for new markets and ensure solutions to mitigate risk
• Regularly review and update as necessary all testing packages through approved 3rd parties
• Support the Compliance Team in ensuring that all regulatory documents, technical files, and product labels are compliant with the specific requirements of each market
• Assist in maintaining the Company’s Global Compliance Matrix up to date
• Liaise with Product Development and ensure all compliance certificates are issued in line with Company critical path
• Support monitoring regulatory changes an updates across global markets.
