Showroom Manager

Role Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Lead the showroom daily operations
  • To deliver a best-in-class class service to all visiting customers
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on Buster + Punch’s electricity, hardware, lighting and kitchen collections
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to the other product categories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and retail customers
  • Ensure the showroom offers an engaging and inspiring shopping experience
  • Develop the showroom into a specification hub.

Showroom Operations:

  • Maintain an organised, visually appealing, and up to-date showroom display
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with demand
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new product arrivals and promotions
  • Ensure all showroom equipment and displays are up to date and in working order

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute B2C and B2B showroom events, promotions, and advertising campaigns in line with the sales strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive traffic and sales
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
