– Shipping is free on all orders over $500
– If your order is less than $500, shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process, based on the value of your order and what products you have in your basket.
– If you are unable to proceed throughout the checkout or we are unable to provide a shipping service for your order, please email [email protected] and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

– For customers outside US, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due.

– For bespoke items (Custom Chandeliers), please expect your items in 4-6 weeks.
– For out-of-stock items, please use the guideline dates provided on our product, basket and checkout pages.
